This lively and sweet coffee is truly adventure worthy. Producer Wilton Benitez is a pioneer of innovative coffee processing that brings out incredible flavours in the cup. This thermal shock washed caturra variety undergoes a complex, multistage processing method involving a depulping wash and temperare controlled fermentation.

The resulting cup reminds us of peach, as well as passionfruit and blackberry candy.
