Nariño sits at the far south of Colombia's coffee belt, where extreme altitude and smallholder farming produce some of the country's most consistent lots. This blend is sourced by Andres Martinez from producers farming between 2000 and 2200 metres above sea level, conditions that slow cherry maturation and concentrate natural sugars into the bean.
The washed process keeps things clean and precise. We taste a silky body, warm caramel sweetness, and trailing notes of dried fruit.
Expect a finer grind than usual when dialing in for espresso.
