A creamy and sweet coffee with a splash of citrus, this Pache San Ramon variety coffee is grown by Allan Melgar who owns Las Flores farm together with his father Fernando.
The coffee cherries are picked and then fermented overnight before being patio dried for 25-30 days. The result is a coffee that is high in sweetness with a creamy body and gentle grapefruit acidity that makes for sweet espresso and filter that is as lively as it is crowd pleasing.
