A truly surprising coffee that surpasses expectations for not just decaf, but coffee overall. This red bourbon variety is grown by Wilton Benitez at the acclaimed Granja Paraiso 92 farm, then processed with his signature thermal shock washed processing method. The coffee is then decaffeinated in Colombia using the EA Sugarcane  decaffeinated process.

The resulting cup leaves a lasting impression of turkish delight and hibiscus, making for an incredible and memorable evening (or anytime!) treat.
